Today, February 26th, 2015 – a date which will live in infamy – the people of these United States of America were deliberately and with premeditation of planning attacked by the unconstitutional forces of evil, those forces of the imperial presidency of Barack Hussein Obama.
Prior to this day America’s internet users were at peace with their networks, and, with no solicitation of change, were satisfied with the status of their services and were seeking no governmental regulation or intervention.
Indeed, after the partisan approval of the unpublished regulations, having kept them secret from public purview, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Chairman, Tom Wheeler and his colleagues, delivered with their votes to our nation the formal documents delivering a final blow to one of the last true bastions of our freedom, the openness of our internet. And, while these regulations may in fact be unlawful, it seems useless to continue to press home that point to those who have no respect for the law. The internet was not broken; it presented no threat or real hint of threat to the free people of this great nation.
It will be recorded that the extent of these regulations makes it obvious that this attack was deliberately planned many days, weeks, or even months ago. During the intervening time the Obama administration and the FCC has deliberately sought to deceive the people of these United States by false statements and expressions of hope for continued discussions.
This attack on our internet will cause severe and irreparable damage to the American people’s freedoms of speech and to their freedom of press. I regret to tell you that many American freedoms have already been lost. In addition, many American rights have been infringed and our Constitution has repeatedly been violated.
Recently, this imperial president also launched an attack against our citizen’s respect for the law, unlawfully ordering that those here in this country illegally be rewarded for their illegality. That benefits and treasures of state be bestowed upon them over the needs of legal American citizens. With absolute disregard for his oath of office and the rule of law, this president now ignores our courts and proceeds with his unconstitutional agenda.
Within the past six years this imperial presidency has destroyed the healthcare system for all Americans, passing laws through outright lies and deception, counting on the inattention of the people. It has attacked the values that our citizens hold most dear, those Judeo-Christian principles that this nation was established on. It has squandered our treasure and placed a burden of debt upon this nation’s future generations that cannot be sustained.
He refuses to name our enemies for that which they are, Muslim Islamic terrorist.
The facts speak for themselves. The people of these United States have already formed their opinions and well understand the implications to the very life and freedom of our nation.
As an American patriot I would ask that all measures be taken for our defense, that always will our whole nation remember the character of the onslaught against us shown by this president.
No matter how long it may take us to overcome these premeditated attacks, the American people, in their righteous might, will win through to absolute victory.
I believe that I interpret the will of the people when I assert that we will not only defend ourselves to the uttermost but will make it very certain that this form of treachery and tyranny shall never again endanger us.
Outright hostilities may be imminent by this president upon the people. There is no blinking at the fact that our Constitution, our very most basic of freedoms, rights and liberties are in very grave danger.
I ask that the Congress declare that since these unprovoked and dastardly attacks upon our Constitution a state of war has essentially existed between the free citizens of these United States and the imperial presidency of Barack Hussein Obama. We plead regress in that Congress must now do their Constitutional duty and impeach this president, removing him from office so as no further harm may be inflicted.
With confidence in the liberty loving patriots of America, with their unbounding determination, we will gain the inevitable triumph. So help us God.
God bless Texas, God bless America
