The only answer to the current 2nd Amendment debate, once again dividing this nation, would be a 28th Amendment repealing the 2nd Amendment… until that happens (certainly little chance of it) all gun law restrictions (infringements) are UNCONSTITUTIONAL… how much clearer could the 2nd Amendment have been… “the rights of the people to keep and bear arms SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.”
We as Americans are quickly reaching a decision point… a point where we will have to decide to what extent we’re willing to preserve, defend and protect our Constitution and our Republic; against all enemies, foreign and DOMESTIC.
Are we willing to commit our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor as our founding fathers did?
Churchill may have said it best when he stated at the beginning of WWII:
“If you will not fight for right when you can easily win without blood shed; if you will not fight when your victory is sure and not too costly; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance of survival. There may even be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves” – Winston Churchill
